Bank and SBA loan packages
A loan package your lender can say yes to reading.
Projections, debt service coverage and the full lender checklist, assembled the way a credit officer reads them. We prepare the package. Your lender makes the decision.
Usually it starts like this
- A five-axis machining centre would pay for itself in two years.
- The dealer has the combine. The bank wants three years of projections.
- The checklist runs to four pages and nobody in the office owns it.
Or call (316) 555-0179. Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.
How it runs
From the ask to the credit memo.
- 01
The lender's list
We get the checklist from your banker, map every item to an owner and a date, and find the gaps early.
- 02
The projections
Three years of monthly projections built on the 13-week forecast, with the purchase in them and the debt service tested.
- 03
The package and the questions
An indexed package, a one-page summary, and written answers to the questions a credit officer will ask.
What goes in
The package, item by item.
Lenders differ. This is the common core for a bank term loan or an SBA 7(a) or 504 request.
- Three years of business tax returns and year-end financials
- Interim financials, current within 60 days
- Accounts receivable and payable agings
- Monthly projections for three years, with assumptions written out
- Debt service coverage, base case and a stress case
- Debt schedule with balances, rates and maturities
- Use of proceeds, with quotes for the equipment or property
- Personal financial statements for owners, prepared by the owners
- Ownership chart and entity documents list
- A one-page summary the credit officer can lift into the memo
After the close
The loan closes. The reporting starts.
- Monthly
Borrowing base
For a line of credit: the eligible receivables and inventory, calculated and sent on time.
- Quarterly
Covenant check
Debt service coverage and debt-to-earnings ratios tested against the loan agreement before the lender tests them.
- Annually
Renewal package
Year-end financials and an updated forecast, ready before the bank asks.
What we are not
Two things to know first.
“Are you a loan broker?”
No. We take no fee from lenders and no percentage of the loan. You pay a fixed fee for the package, and you choose the bank.
“Will the loan be approved?”
Nobody can promise that, and we do not. A complete, well-supported package makes the lender's decision easier. The decision is still theirs.
The detail
Written in the order a credit officer reads.
Theo built forecasting models for a regional bank's commercial lending team. He knows the first three pages a credit officer turns to, and he puts them first.
Equipment requests are where most of our packages start: machining centres for aerospace and manufacturing suppliers, and combines, sprayers and facility work for agribusiness owners.

Q01What does SBA loan package preparation cost?
From $4,500 as a fixed fee, depending on the size of the request and the state of your books. The price is set before we start. See pricing.
Q02How long does a package take?
Two to four weeks for most requests, once the year-end financials are ready. The checklist items you own decide the pace.
Q03Do you work with any bank?
Yes. We work with your banker, or with the lender you choose. We do not refer you to a lender for a fee.
Q04What if our books are not ready?
Then the first job is the close. Simone's team can bring the books current before the projections are built. See fractional controller.
Q05Do you guarantee approval?
No. We prepare the package and answer the questions. The lender makes the decision.

Next step
Walk into the bank with the answers already written.
The 13-week cash review is a fixed $1,950: your bank data in, a working model and your runway number out, reviewed with a partner in a two-hour session. Three details in the form, or one call.
